Useless company on earth...

I canceled my subscription in February 2019 until December still receiving emails that I owe them. Twok occasions 2017 and 2018 receiving calls from cartrack saying something fiddling with the tracker, when I checked in the garage all was well. I decided to call them to locate my car they told me they cannot tell exactly where the car is, I concluded that this is not suiting my needs incase something happens to the car. I canceled this year in February due to disappointment from them, they told me a procedure for canceling, the forms where sent to me I emailed them back, they continued to debit in my bank I told my banker to reverse the money. They called I explained to the perd9who called, and *********** person promised to rectify the error. I received another email I responded back. I decided to call on the 4th of November 2019 and spoke to Katlego whon I emailed the cancelation form. She never acknowledge the receipt of my email. I received am sms yesterday that I and handed over to their lawyer's. I called today quoting and explaining this matter after spending 11 minutes wasting my airtime to the clueless incompitent staff member who acted as if he was going to help, he said he is transferring the call to Amanda and if she is not able to assist I will be transferred to the very Katlego who cannot not even acknowledge the email she received.

I don't owe Cartrack I am very frustrated and busy for receiving their communique.

I am planning raise awareness and conscietize all people not to take cartrack due to their poor service.
