Useless company - no professionalism.

The most useless company to deal with. I saw a deal of cartracks for R99.00 a month for a tracking unit. I spent a lot of time on the phone giving all my details and arranged a fitment date with them. When the technician (Godfrey) arrived, he informed me he cannot install the device as the vehicle is outside the companies perimeter fence, in the car park with other company vehicles. Really? He was so disinterested and was not going to do the fitment. Highly disappointing in the lack of professionalism. If having the vehicle in a company carpark was going to be an issue, why on earth did no-one of the 10 people who continually phoned to arrange this tell me? Goodbye Cartrack.
