Useless company. Do not use this company

Worst experience. They have not been debating my account but rather sending me links to pay. I keep paying manually. Got my car in July and they only initiated debicheck mandate in October. They keep calling me and saying my September payment is outstanding and threatening with lawyers. I've sent them proof of payment and still being harassed by phone calls and WhatsApp messages to pay. Their systems obviously are completely useless and no one who works there knows what they are doing. I wish I went to Netstar .
