useless company

4.41am received a call from car track notifying me that the car has been tempered with , later i called back to find out if there's an update regarding the car and was told i am supposed to pay 25000 for them to look for the vehicle the consultant failed to give me options as that i dont have have to involve the police and i can pay the money in 3 instalments according to Khotso who works at car track , the issue i have its that no one called me as a policy holder to tell me about the areas and the email used i tried to respond it came back as undelivered, i wanted to change my banking details . the consultant was suppose to give me options as at that time i was confused cartrack people have no empathy and only concerned about the areas of 360 which makes me think they work with these *****s because why would i opt to loose a car worth 176 000 compared to 25000 . I want my car and i will report the matter to the ombudsman because i wasnt treated fairly as a client
