Useless Cartracking Device.

I am frustrated by Cartrack Comapny. My details are as follows. Name: Elian Rudzani Malumedzha ID Number ***. I have vehicle tracking device in my car from Cartrack. About 2 months ago I discovered that the device stopped working and I called Cartrack. They came and fix the problem. But on the very same day the device stopped working again. The technician returned to fix the problem by replacing the unit. The device worked for few weeks the stopped working yet again. Another technician came and fix it, but on the 22 November 2022 the device stopped working again. I called Cartrack on 28th of November 2022 and they promised to send a senior technician on the 30th of November 2022. The senior technician didnt not come. I didnt even recieved any call as to why the technicisn failed to arrive. I amd still stuck with a faulty device. When I want to cancel the contract I am told about the cancellation fee. I find this unfair because Cartrack is failing to fix their device and also they do not honour the maintenance schedule. I don't want their services anymore but they are making it impossible for me to cancel this contract they are failing to fulfill. Help me to get out of this contract without paying anything because I have been failed on numerous accounts.
