Useless cartrack *****sters
This has got to be the worst *****ulent company and useless assistance is an understatement. You can never get to the owner or supervisor and no one can solve your problem you have with them, they send you from pillar to post. They take money from poor people for a device they installed incorrectly and it's *****. They make promises they can't keep. I need serious assistance with some lawyer or higher to sort this out asap. This has been going on for 11 months. This is a disgrace of a company.

18 Dec 2025, 06:56So nice of you such a quick response to brush it off and say you are confident that this matter will be clarified , but you have no idea who the customer is. There was no details or information given. Just shows. My point proven. Useless is an understatement, taking peoples money for nothing. Just yesterday a lady promised from head office to call back we still waiting. Accept it , you people are eating money for wrong service provided from a person who doesn't even earn much and when he did find out and the branch manager in an email and 2 technicians confirmed it was wrong installation in the first place , and started making noise yourl can't fix , and we stuck in a contract we don't want to be at all. This is just WRONG!!!!!
