Useless Cartrack no service

I have a company vehicle that has had an issue with the tracking unit that they installed, they have been twice to redo it, but since the 11th of December to date, I have not been able to get a service person out and the unit does not work and drains the battery. I have called numerous times, promises of a technician being sent out, still nothing! I now have to replace truck batteries, and the tracking unit is still not working. Uselsee service, you can't speak to a manager as they just leave you on hold and then cut you off. Don't use them private or company
