USELESS CARTRACK

I'm so disgusted by the useless Cartrack company. They have been debiting me for a unit that has NOT been working for over a year. I have been logging requests for their technicians to come fix the unit however no one ever came through. Only a couple of weeks ago that's when I got one call from them and it was only two rings when I tried answering they hung up, as a result of all this I reversed one premium and their collections department call me everyday without fail even before 8:00 and after 16:30 but they fail to refund me after I was told my matter has been escalated to their complaints department. I spoke to some unknowledgeable, useless, rude Sabelo a couple of days ago who was of no assistance and he hung up the call on me. Cartrack I want my money for all this time I have been paying for unit that is not working. I cannot wait for this useless thing that you call a contract to end in August.
