Useless Cartrack

My vehicle was ****** today at 14:12pm and I was alerted by Cartracks car watch immediately. I was called immediately by the control room and advised them that my car was ******. However Cartrack did not recover my vehicle. I have a package whereby I will be paid upto a maximum of R150000 if the vehicle is not recovered. I called customer service to enquire how to go about claiming this money because my vehicle was not recovered and I was told that the tracking unit was found so that is considered a recovery and I would not be paid out. I asked to speak to a superior I was told that his name is Shakir. I was put on hold for 13 minutes and then I was cut off. Shakir has not even bothered to call me back. I am utterly disappointed because this package was supposed to give me peace of mind should my car not be recoverd. Apart from that I discovered on my app after checking the vehicle trips that the vehicle was in the same area that it was ****** from for 20 minutes yet Cartrack was not able to locate the vehicle. The app gives you a live location however Cartrack has failed to fulfill they promises. I will not leave this matter I will hold Cartrack responsible and take legal action against them for failing to recover my vehicle even though they are able to get a live tracking feed. This company is absolutely useless!!!
