Useless Cartrack

Logged a previous call regarding the system not working. was promised on social media and hello peter that a technician will call me. It is a week later and still nobody has called me, despite me calling them almost everyday. Called the call center to get a number of the CEO or their complaints department, but they cannot help. Call center agents don't even know what I am talking about.

Have never seen such poor service. Wonder what would happen if vehicle is ****** who is then to blame.
