Cartreck must be the company with the worst client services i have ever dealt with. I have been trying to to get my logbook for the last financial year for over 3 weeks now. the consultants don't know what a financial year is to start with, then they keep sending me logbooks with no data, I have spoken to a manager Manager unfortunately didn't take down her name, She would have phoned me back over a week ago and still no call. spoke to team leader Kim also been placed on hold fore over 30 min then the call ends, again on hold for over 30 min to try and get hold of her again just to get told she cant take my call she is busy. asked to speak to a manager and not a team leader and now answer, just being transferred between agent and placed on hold for over 15min between agents. if this is the customer service imagine your in an emergency. absolutely no trust or competes from this company
