Useless Car tracking company

I am so disappointed with Cartrack, the tracker on my scooter hasn't been updating trips and not showing the location on the app, I called their offices and got hold of one their agents who was clueless on how to assist me and was only interested on having a conversation than to assist me, I emailed them and they rep**** that they need to investigate and then send a technician for repair , it's been more than a week now waiting for someone in their scheduling department to arrange a technician, I am beyond angry and dissatisfied with their service, amin if they can't arrange a simple thing as repair, how do they expect clients to believe that they would be able to recover their vehicles if they got ******.. I am losing a lot money each day that scooter is not on the road coz I can't risk it being on the road if I can't monitor it .. yet come monthend they will want to deduct their installment..
