Useless business ethic

Just want to say this company is so useless,

I wrote off my vehicle and I could not afford to pay the settlement amount of the contact in full, so I continued making my monthly payments as per normal, after telling them I wrote off the vehicle they insured me that once the 3 year contact ended that it would lapse..

To my surprise after checking when my contract should have ended, they have still been debiting me for a tracker that has not been in use for over 3 years since my accident.. they still have the nerve to charge me a cancellation after they renewed the policy without my consent. And they had the audacity to say, "better read your terms and conditions next time Sir as it clearly states it renews automatically"

How's about Abit of common sense you clever people at cartrack, I informed you my vehicle was written off, they still now are debiting 6 months later after it expired, so I have spent over R1000 to you lot, and you happily take it, bunch of ******.

additionally when I signed up, it was a monthly debit of R120 per month, which as soon as I signed up, basically went up to over 150, over a period of 3 and a half year, adds up. I truly hope and pray that they are not taking advantage of everyone else like this as well, very frustrating.
