Useless beyond words!

CarTrack is the most useless service provider company in the world! They've installed their unit in my vehicle on the 11th of Feb 2025, damaged my vehicle, made promises that the damaged part will be replaced but up until now we've only been receiving stories from them! We've told them more than twice to replace the damaged part their installer caused or we will not pay a cent for the unit in my vehicle and they must rather come remove the unit as they have not once been able to handle the matter professionally. Now receiving emails that they will be handing me over for non payment but again nothing about the damages caused to my vehicle!!! Cartrack is useless, from the installer right up the "management" of the JHB Branch! We will be taking this matter further! And I will keep on placing bad reviews until this matter has been resolved!
