Useless

Very disappointed in this company. Today I got a power loss on my vehicle. They phoned myself I did not answer the phone as I was not at my phone. They then phoned the second number that also did not answer. They didn’t even call the third number. No vehicle was sent out to my vehicles location. When I called in to find out what the process is the reply I got is if you don’t answer the phone and they think the vehicle is save they close the call and no further action is then required. It is up to me to put geofence up on places I think is suspicious otherwise they won’t send out a car. ********s don't use the same space every time to park your car when they ***** it so how must I put up a geofence for this. Why am I paying them extra money for this function but they just close the call if you don’t answer

My advices don’t use cartrack. From the start of getting the contract and installing the unit they were useless. It feels like they do not want any business or customers. This is very shocking and disappointing.
