Useless app, rude consultants & don't value clients

This company just debited my account few minutes later after telling them I'll pay EFT once they send correctamount to pay, their account dept is useless debit ran on the 25th & debited again today but they can't fix issues i reported months back, the app does not work is useless, your consultants are rude and they call randomly and just hung up when I answer and alot of people are complaining about this on Truecaller. I did not authorize today's debit. And yet you went ahead, I will be looking for another tracking company that values their clients. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY ENEMY, you don't deserve a star. #BlackFriday
