Useless and unreliable staff

I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago regarding a log book that I have been trying to get for the last 7 months. I have been sent from pillar to post with more than 10 call center agents telling me that they will request the log book from achieves and send to me. to date nothing has been sent. Yesterday(04 November 2024) I called in and was placed on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes, afterwhich the agent hung up the phone. I called again and this time made to wait for 1 hour and 22 minutes. This time the agent tells me that there was apparently an error with the tracking unit and that I could not get the log book. This is a total load of bull as the device had been regularly tested and no errors detected. To date the unit is functional and I can see every trip detail. I am disgusted by this uselessness and are considering all 4 of my vehicles from their service.
