USELESS AND INCOMPOTENT STAFF AND MANEGMENT

since May 2025 i have been having constant issues with them, They seem to think they are allowed to make as many debit orders for what ever amount they wish, i have been calling in, emailing, WhatsApp anything to get them to fix this issue, and after every single conversation they say its fixed or that they will escalate the issue. In the last few days when i call in or they call me, I speak to a supervisor and they just drop the call while I'm talking to them, that or they talk to each other in the background about me and then also cut the call. Today i was called by a agent that told me i owe them money for a debit resubmission fee, which one? they take like 5 different ones a week. I am sick and tired of their incompetence, The way they have been "working" or "helping" me is pathetic, they all need to be reviewed or fired. If this review doesnt work and they keep *****ing money from me, my next step is the FAIS Ombud, the NCC, PASA and my lawyer.
