Useless account department

Car track debited my account three times and when I called was promised that it will be resolved,after I got an email to select if I want the funds to be reversed or to be used as the next installment I selected no I want my money back in my account.they didn't refund come the following month the debited again I had to stop the debit order, called them and asked why am I not being refunded they said I must wait for 14 days ,they did the same this month debited had to reverse the debit again. I had to borrow money to cover my other expenses because of them .
