Useless

Cartrack deducted money of my account! I did not apply for this stupid cartracker nor did i even requested a quote! I did not give them my banking details but they deducted money of my account. I contacted them and the so called accounts department was going to call me and is now 48 hours and no phone call. The debt order they put on my account cannot be reversed nor can the bank near me reverse the payment.
