<p>Can someone please tell me why do we pay for **** car trackers? My parents car was stole and cartrack has been tracking this car since 6:45am. They can pick up where it is but they cannot get a helicopter in the area because there is no signal. And they cannot get through because they is a protest in Tongaat. What makes me so frustrated is that, they do not call their clients if the car is in a danger zone alerting them and checking on their safety. </p> <p>They offered my parents a package that comes with car alert sms option but this car alert option is not automatized. You need to state that you need it. I think that is the most stupid thing ever. Is it not logic that when you get a tracker, all alert options should be standard and compulsory because it a selling point feature of they service??? </p> <p>I am so ignored. And there is nothing they can do about anythying. WHY DO YOU PAY FOR SUCH SERVICES IF THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL??????</p> <p> </p> <p>in the Stanger aread because there is no signal</p>
