Use a competitor , Cartrack is terrible at handling issues

6 months and still no resolution to my issue, Cartrack has also forgotten about fixing it and failed to contact me in the past few weeks after apparently escalating it internally.

I’ve been patient for months, so I will now be cancelling this service and moving to a competitor.
