Urgent: Stop Harassing Calls and Resolve My Account

I am completely exhausted from the constant calls I keep receiving from your agents. I am being contacted daily to make payment on an account that I do not owe.

It’s been almost two weeks since I was informed that a credit note had been issued by your accounts department, yet I am still receiving calls despite the matter supposedly being resolved.

I have already requested a cancellation, and this ongoing harassment is unacceptable. Please ensure that all calls to me immediately stop and that my account is correctly updated to reflect the credit note and cancellation.

I also wish to formally report this matter due to the poor service and continuous inconvenience caused.
