Urgent matter

I have put tracker with cartrack for my car in 2021 June, Their Technician came with a hard copy of contract when installing tracker on my car the contract stated that it's for 3 Years I read and understood before signing, last year I was hijacked in Soshanguve I contacted them to help me recover the car they kept on saying we will call you back, we will call you back for 3 days, I contacted Crime Busters on Facebook they are the ones who helped me to recover the car after 7 days of hijacking, I decided not to pay any more because what was I paying for? and they kept calling and calling that I'm left behind with my payments, when I asked them about the incident that why didn't help me no one is giving me correct Answer they keep saying will forward your concern so recently when I check my contract has ended I have been asking that they send me a hard copy that I singed they keep on saying we will forward it to you today it's more than 4 months asking them send me a hard copy of the email I sent respond is same 'We will forward it to you' today Again I received a call from cartrack they tell me that I'm in arrears and that cartrack has black listed me, How do I get black listed while they can't send me a hard copy I signed. I'm really harrased I can't have peace my phone does not have peace they keep calling me like I took a loan from them but they can't send me the copy of the contract that I signed.
