Urgent help

Guys 3 weeks ago they stole my car and I reported the incident within 2 hours to cartrack and they assured me that they located the car to Mamelodi and few hours ago when I called them with regards to feedback they told me they couldn't locate the car anymore and my car is totally shutdown.And they are using digital methods to search for it then 2 days after they said I must claim for the warranty recovery claim and when I did they said to me I didnt qualify for it due to I didn't call them on a quarterly basis to check if their device is working or not .when I explained to them we have the app to locate our cars they said strictly we must call their control room directly and when I ask them again how would they know when you called or not to provide a proof they fail to do so.and lucky enough I have been calling their control room since last year and also early this year they are denying that without any proof and their head legal team have closed my claim.so that's my experience with the number one cartrack company and I wondered if their recovery team even sent out the helicopter for my car
