Ur tracking devices dont wor****

I come home from holiday to see my car is totally dead. No power wat so ever.. Wait worst of all. When i call to see when the battery died u guys tell me there is no tracking signal since june. What are u taking my money for if ur device doesnt wor****!! What if something happened to me since june. My car is definitely not safe with car track nor my money u take from me every month. Now what car track????
