upon original contact from their client services department it resulted in an extremely unsatisfactory end
upon original contact from their client services department it resulted in an extremely unsatisfactory end. However, second contact with one Lyle Botha resulted in excellent service and client care. 5 stars to Lyle, 4 Stars to CarTrack on overall handling of the situation.
