Upgrade runaround, Insurance on hold!

I have been on the line with the sales and insurance department for hours, being transferred between the two but no solution! Now the insurance department hangs up my calls when I call them.

I need to upgrade my plan to the Fleet Management required by Myway insurance (R130 pm), MY INSURANCE COVER IS ON HOLD BECAUSE I AM NOT ON THE CORRECT COVER REQUIRED BY MYWAY!

They debited twice from my account! According to their system in the sales department my account is up to date, In the Insurance department my account is in arrears, WHAT IS THE STATE OF MY ACCOUNT?

How I wish I would've read the reviews before signing their contract, I'm not happy at all.
