Upgrade and repair

For the past four month i have been paying for the device that is not working since i have been trying to call for someone to come repair the device but no one called me.

I need an upgrade for the device since i change the insurance, since i change the insurance last 4/5 month back but no one help me i called every month so i can get help but no help

So basically i have been paying month for device which is not working for the past 4 month

They need me to pay R350 for upgrade and the device was not working

I am not happy at all
