Unsupportive customer service agent

Good day Tracker Team Today I had the worst experience from your customer service department. I requested a call back with the intension of signing up for a new service as I saw that you have a special or promo on a dash and tracking unit for R289 a month. I explained to the sales guy that I would like that offer but need to first resolve my device that is showing my car to be at home when it's not there. I was put through to a customer service representative by the name of Jabulile. I gave her all my credentials for her to verify that she is speaking to the account holder. She then checked on the device and saw the last update was on the 14th February 2026. She asked me to log off and log back on , on the app and I did but no change on the vehicles location. She then said she will have to reboot the unit and I will need to drive the car for 5 to 10 kms to check if the app is working fine. I questioned the request and asked why should I drive when this system should pick it up automatically and she couldn't explain and said she will have to log a faulty device and have a technician come out. I asked her when is my contract expiring and she said it's already matured would I like her to process a cancellation . I was taken aback by her response . so she was happy to loose a customer just because she didn't know how to respond to my question. She is not there to build your company but to just earn a salary. I asked for her manager who promised me she will listen to the recording and revert back on the matter. But honestly she doesn't deserve to work in customer service.
