Unsolicited emails (Spam)

I have been receiving multiple unsolicited email messages from a Chadine Jacobs from Cartrack, and regardless of my attempts to remove myself from her mailing list she ignores them and continues to send. How can a company promise to look after your vehicle, but not pay attention to your requests?
