In 2020 September i purchased a vehicle and was told it comes with CARTRACK and it has a year free subscription i filled in my debt order details and in month 11 ill be contacted to continue with CARTRACK nothing happened as they said and i thought nothing of it and took it as CARTRACK will automatically debit my account, couple months later i saw my app was no longer working so i enquired and was told my contract with them was ceased and that i now had to get a new device put in same vehicle which occured and my bank was subsequently debited , in October 2022 I purchased a new car which came out with a tracking device from diffrent company so i went on CARTRACK website to get a email adress but all i got was contact us and i sent a message there that i am cancelling my contract as i no longer have the vehicle, next thing im told firstly I must pay R375.00 cancelation and then R2650.00 cancelation, I just wish to warn people when purchasing a. Vehicle be very careful even if you more than two years with the company they will find a way to ****** money from you
