Unsatisfied car tarck customer.

I had my car fitted with car track in June 2022 as it was a new car. A month later there was no signal, called the technical team. They came out to chnage the device as they said its faulty.. Fast foward 3 months later October 2022 my car track gives me a no signal. Message on my app. It does not even notify me when the car is being openid. I don't even have a mere 6 months with car track but its nto reliable. Moreover in a period where SOUTH Africa is so high on car theft and hijackings. I've used other car tracking companies. I never encountered such car track is the worst!!!! And they get their money on time every month but I'm not getting value for money!!!!
