Unsatisfactory service. Taking long to be assisted

Been requesting for cartrack to do maintenance on my device. Since early March, to date I have not received any assistance. When I called again today they tell me I have to wait for maintenance guys to call me. You will note that I have made 4 calls already following up and it has been same response that I have to wait for call from maintenance since head office is the only one that can make that arrangement. 2 full months waiting for device maintenance with no assistance from tracker. A very substandard and poor service received from cartrack. Will be considering changing them.
