Unsatisfactory

Whilst I'm still waiting for your investigation do not call me and ask me about payment, because i will never give you my children's money and in an actual fact there's no investigation from your side because the lady Michelle Van Rensburg told me straight that they won't reimburse me my battery, her and Siphiwe and Gabriel are so unprofessional and weak in terms of excepting that they are at fault so Cartrack must stop calling or emailing me up until you are done with your false investigations and I also think that your consultants needs more customer service training
