Unresponsive emergency services.
The emergency line is not actually functional after hours. You only listen to a recorded voice going on and on until you run out of patience or airtime, whichever comes first. And you debit my account twice above what I have signed up for. You guys are part of your clients problems and not a solution in time of need. You actually are an organization of professional *******.

You just gonna keep *****ing from them without providing the service you should be providing and harassing them on their private communication platforms for exposing what you put them through.
