Unresolved issue for over 2 months!!

Cartrack !! I am truly disgusted. Got a call from Lesley who was apparently from the CEO's office and he explained that he will sort out the issue within 24 hours. It's been 6 days with no response. I get bombarded by your debtors department for payment and I keep telling them that I want my issue resolved before payment. I am truly shocked that this is how pathetic your service is.
