Unresolved cartrack issue

Still waiting for email acknowledgment and response. They were supposed to email my fitment certificate and proof of cancellation....still no email or confirmation!! Musa called me on Friday claiming my units are working. He supposed to call to test both units but never received the call. So fed up of cartrack and wasting my airtime contacting them. It's appalling to think they take your money and then if there's a problem you have to chase them for a resolution. PATHETIC.
