Unreliable service.

I've been a customer of car track for a month now and needless to say I'm not happy with their service at all. The had/have two packages on special. The one of R99 which is the standard package and then the one of R159, the one I chose. In my agreement with them and the package I took out there was certain perks which I thought would suit my need. Starting off, you have the option of viewing where your car stands and drives around which I find a load of bull as it's inaccurate. Two, I was told as soon as my battery gets disconnected they will call me within 30 seconds, another load of bull. I've disconnected my battery on two occasions and not once did they call me back and the list goes on. For those who are planning on using their service I promise you'll make a big mistake. I'm planning on going through the inconvenience of changing my banking details so they can't debit my account, track the device myself and drop it off at the nearest office.
