Unreliable device
Unreliable device. Device not working from installation. Tried many times to have it rectified, the installer came out once to reposition the device. But still does not give live tracking, there is always a 2 and a half minute delay. Car Track even blamed the satellites. I requested to removed the device since they could not get it working as advertised without penalties. Now they are giving me the run around which is costing me more money and time calling car track where is spend over 20 minutes at each call with no solution. Maybe I should ask my attorney to request cancellation with compensation!!!!!!

After 1 week of many calls from Cartrack telling me that they are working on my issue and asking me to again and again explain my problem, Cartrack ghosts me with no response to my email.
I had this issue from the date of installation and i am paying for a defective product and yet Cartrack states that i cannot come out of this contract.
Where is the fairness to consumers?????
I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone.
Very disappointed customer.
