Unreliable company with the worst service!!!

I got stuck because of battery issues, cartrack called me and I notified them of my issue the consultant blatantly told me they couldn't assist me. I was shocked because the main reason I agreed to join cartrack is because of their roadside assistance. Had it not been for the kind gentlemen who sell stuff on the road who helped me move my car out of the way and helped me with my battery, I would have been completely stranded and in danger.
