Unreliable and non communative

Cartrack is not responding to any email queries, my car still registered as temp and I have been asking for it to be changed, the staff is u professional and they send new debit order mandates and charge an extra 10 rands where the mandate was not necessary as it was in place already, I don’t trust that this company will be able to find your car when it is lost, also the cars show active even though it is parked
