Unreliable and ***********

My car is not showing accurate location on my app,I enquired with the company,the consultant told me he cannot also see the vehicle on his end, I then asked him wat happens when my vehicle is ****** whose going to be liable ,consultant said he's not going to answer that he will transfer me to control then the call was cut before I could even go through,cartracker is unreliable and express no sympathy for their incompetence,
