Unreliable and cannot be trusted

My Contract ended with them December , In November I told them that I will not be renewing it, they debited the account January, February , then they told me to pay R800 for Cancellation , I told them I am not cancelling I am just not renewing .I requested for my contract since January and they told me they cant find it.
