Unreliable and ************* according to my view.

I had a contract with them and as unhappy as I was I always complaint about their service, from their app not working, not being reliable in terms of correct information. In this regard I did request them to cancel the contract then guess what I find myself with a debt and summons for non payment, yes non payments after I requested them to cancel it and whenever they would debit I would reverse because in my head they shouldn't be debiting my account cause I have no contract with them anymore. Now that I won't have proof of calls that were made when I requested them to cancel also makes me liable for the amount. It's so sad that these companies put us in predicaments and they never take responsibility. I'm very disappointed. 😔😞😤😡😠🤬 As I said I'm not ready to go back and forth with the courts, I just wanted to my story to be heard. I will settle the bill ofcos but they should know that their side they show lack of responsibility and are not taking good care of their clients to make sure they are happy.
