Unreliable

I spoke to one of your consultants Prince. Lovely and respectful gentleman. However, I scheduled a technician to come and install the tracker on my device for Friday at 2.30pm. This was confirmed to me on the phone by Prince however, I then got a call from some lady who mentioned that they do not have a technician at the time I requested and I was like 'okay' what time is someone available and I was told 17.30 on Friday. I waited and I waited. Then I also called the offices on Friday to find out where the technician is, no answer, it just rang and rang and rang, and till right now I have no idea when someone will come and install the tracker. I am very disappointed. I had plans with my friends that I cancelled to accommodate a technician that never showed. Should I not hear anything by today, I am going to go with another tracking service. Thanks.
