Unrecovered ****** car

My car was ****** on the 19th July 2021 the cartrack did not inform me even when the tracker was removed, my husband only found out when he went to the car and noticed that the car is no where to be found at the parking lot, thats when we called them and when we check on the app the car was still in the area according the tracker, they told us that the car was last seen in Jabulani but why they did not recover it I m still wandering.

They never called back to inform us about their conclusion, it was a brand new NP200 bakkie. I called them to claim because they fail to recover my car and I was told that my claim was declined because I missed payment and that is not true because that payment was recovered, and they said I did not call quarterly to test the device and no one told me about that and I did not sign any terms and conditions because the car dealer Nissan they are the ones who arranged this cartrack.
