Unreasonable

I'm very annoyed and disappointed with cartrack as they blocked my access to the app. I recently sold one of my cars and canceled the tracker. I had to pay cancelation fees for early termination and made arrangements to pay it in 3 installments however I'm now blocked from tracking my other vehicle as I have 1 more installment to go. I don't understand why they doing this and I was about to install a new tracking unit to another vehicle I just bought this week but I'm now taking business to a different company 🙃.
