Unreachable, bad service

I have tried since this morning to get hold of the accounts department as well as the contact person and number supp**** by Cartrack via a sms received from them. When I managed to get hold of the branch at N1 City they attempted to transfer me to the accounts department with no success. The voice prompt system only continued with its marketing campaign and not link me with the accounts department. Also requesting the branch agent to get the accounts department to phone me instead also did not work.
