Unqualified technicians

Had a car track unit installed in my truck and vehicle has been giving me problems ever since. The truck is a daily long distance runner after the technician installed the unit the starter burnt I fitted a new starter and that also burnt out not even 2 days . The battery is drained out not even a kick start. The truck has been down for 2 weeks losing income for me. Lost 6 jobs because the truck is not starting. From being a daily runner to being a dead beat.all because of car track I’ve lost income. Who is going to pay for the 2 starters batteries and loss of Income? Not to mention clients getting bad service because of Car track I need answers asap. Definitely will not be recommending them to anyone moving forward.
